We are true to our word and keep our appointments with our customers, and also understand that unexpected events may require you to cancel an appointment. If you cancel your booking and reschedule with us, we will not charge a cancellation fee.

However, if we attend your property and no-one is home, or another company has already been out to assist you, a $190 +GST cancellation fee will apply.
